What are the requirements to use Marketing Copilot?
- You should first provide your basic store information, including store description and main categories, either through answering the questions or through Shopify connection. This will help Copilot tailor all the answers to your needs.
- To use the data analysis feature of Copilot, you need to connect your Shopify account.
- To use the campaign feature of Copilot, you need to connect your social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook)

How does the "@" feature work on Copilot?
This feature is for you to refer to your platform assets in the chat, including products, image assets and campaigns. By easily using this "@" feature, Copilot can easily grasp all the context information of these assets and provide tailored answers.

How are the content generation features of Copilot different from image generator/copy generator?
We use the same AIGC capabilities for both modules. The difference is when you have a clear idea of what your campaign should look like; we would recommend that you use our image generator/copy generator. if you don't have a clear idea, Copilot is the place where you'll get multiple ideas to choose from, and then generate content based on the ideas you prefer.

How are the data analysis features of Copilot different from the attribution and analytics feature?
We use the same data source for both Copilot and Analytics and Attribution feature. The difference lies in:
- The attribution and analytics feature has dashboards for monitoring and performance tracking
- Copilot is more flexible in retrieving and calculating data (providing facts). At the same time, it is intelligent enough to deep dive into the data to answer "why" questions and provide tailored suggestions based on data.

Can I override or modify the Copilot's marketing plan?
Absolutely. While the AI provides recommendations and plans, users have the ultimate control and can modify, override, or adjust any suggestions as they see fit.
