In this article, we will thoroughly explain how to use analytics & attribution for your own brand, so you can start measuring results right away.
How to get started with Analytics and Insights?
To get started you need to have a WorkMagic account on a Standard Plan. Then you need to connect all the profiles you want to track and analyze from the list below:
One last thing is adding UTM tracking for Meta Ads, Google Ads and Klaviyo, so we can properly measure and attribute.
Now let’s see the platform.
- Go to the analytics and attribution tab
2. Choose channel attribution or creative insights
Channel analytics
Note: Make sure UTM tracking is set up.
1. Click on either “all channels”, “ads” or”emails “depending on what you what to analyze.
2. In the right corner, you can set up the click date, attribution model and filters.
We recommend Magic attribution because it precisely pinpoints which channels and ad campaigns had the greatest impact on customer behavior and revenue, therefore data is used to determine the most lucrative sources for future ads/channel optimization.
In the filters setting, you can choose which Meta Ads and Google ads accounts you want to analyze.
3. In the “all channels” dashboard you can see the total number of:
- Orders
- Page views
- New customers
- Returning customers
- Sales
- Total cost
- Net profit
- Net margin
4. Below you can see these individual metrics for specific channels such as ads, email, social,etc:
- Page views
- Order rate
- Sales
- Net sales
- Net profit
- AOV
- New customers
- Returning customers
- ROAS
- POAS
- CAC

6. You can change the metrics in the “Metrics setting” on the right, and you can download the dashboard as a sheet.
Ads
If you want to get the details for your Meta and Google ads, click on the “Ads” tab. You can connect multiple accounts.
For ads, you can see the ads spend, sales, ROAS and POAS.
For a detailed overview, choose the trendline by platform, account or ads type.
